EXCHANGE AND REFUND
You can exchange your purchase.  You need to contact us within two weeks of receiving it.  If you are not satisfied with the quality of the item or the purchase is different to what you expected it can be returned for a refund within two weeks of receipt.  Please note that this only applies to online shopping and does not apply to purchases made directly from our store.  This is in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.

SECURITY
Our shopping cart is fully secure with Twarte certification. Your credit card details are encrypted, so they cannot be read even in the unlikely event of the purchase details being intercepted.  Credit card details are not kept on file. 

CURRENCIES
Conversion rates are taken daily from the US stock exchange. These rates are intended as an indication of conversion rate only, and may be billed at the rate current at the time of transaction.

CUSTOMS
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  However, items sent as gifts generally do not incur these charges.
